1. Agreement to Terms
These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement made between you and Ayounews.com (“we,” “us,” or “our”) concerning your access to and use of the Site. By accessing the Site, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all of these Terms and Conditions. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE, YOU MUST DISCONTINUE USE IMMEDIATELY.

Authorisation: You authorise us to charge your chosen payment provider for this biennial fee upon purchase and at each subsequent renewal.
Pricing: We reserve the right to correct any errors in pricing, even if payment has already been requested.
5. Subscriptions and Exclusive Content
AYOUNEWS offers premium content via a Biennial Subscription Plan.
Subscription Term: The term of this subscription is twenty-four (24) months.
Automatic Renewal: Your subscription will automatically renew for successive two-year periods unless you cancel it.
Renewal Notification: Given the long-term nature of this plan, we will endeavour to send you a reminder email at least 30 days prior to your 2-year renewal date.
Cancellation: You may cancel at any time via your account settings. Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access to the exclusive content until the end of your current 24-month billing cycle.
No Partial Refunds: We do not offer partial refunds for the remaining time in your 2-year term if you choose to stop using the service before the period expires.
6. User Registration and Social Login
You may be required to register with the Site and must keep your password confidential. If you use a social account (e.g., Google or Facebook), you are also bound by their terms.
7. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to systematically retrieve data from the Site to create a database without our permission. You may not circumvent or interfere with security-related features.
8. Third-Party Content and Affiliate Disclosure
